- Most orders received at our Richland Showroom will ship out by the end of the next business day.
- Shipping charges listed at the time of checkout are for shipping within the Continental United States. Orders outside the Lower 48 States (ie. Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Europe, ect.) are subject to additional shipping charges. Please contact us by email or call toll free 1-866-WE-BE-123 for more information.
- Most accessory and printed music orders will ship via United States Postal Service unless otherwise specified. Large Instrument (ie. guitars, cases, speakers, amplifiers, ect.) will commonly ship either by UPS or DHL. Additional charges may apply.
- If an order contains any items that are or will be back-ordered you will be notified before that order ships. In most cases an expected fill date will be given.
Standard ShippingMost orders shipped via Best Way shipping will arrive within 3 - 7 business days. Common UPS or DHL shipments will take an average of 5 - 7 business days.

Special Shipping- Special Shipping is required when shipping outside the Lower 48 States (ie. Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Europe, ect.)
- Special Shipping : 3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight shipments, in most cases, are sent via UPS or DHL.
- Rates determined by weight and zone. To see shipping estimate, add product(s) to shopping cart, click Estimate Shipping, enter zip code then click on the "Go" button. Large packages may require additional shipping charges.
- All delivery times listed are measured in business days. For example, an Overnight order shipped on Friday should arrive on the following Monday.
